105 New MLSs Join Zillow Partnership Platform

Zillow and Trulia have signed 105 new agreements with MLSs, for a total of 235 since January 2015.

The flurry of activity surrounding listing feed agreements hasn't slowed down!

We're excited to announce that Zillow Group has signed direct feed agreements with another 105 MLSs, bringing the total number to 235 — all since January 2015. Those 235 MLSs represent hundreds of thousands of agents and listings.

Errol Samuelson, Zillow Group chief industry development officer, had this to say about MLSs, direct feeds, and the Zillow Partnership Platform:

We have put a tremendous amount of resources into building these direct relationships with MLSs and into technology to ensure we can show listings in real time to the millions of home shoppers visiting Zillow Group sites every month. It is crucial for home shoppers to be able to see listings quickly, especially in areas where inventory is constrained. By updating our sites so quickly, MLSs and their members have the opportunity to get their listings in front of the largest possible audience of home shoppers, in the fastest way possible.

About the Zillow Partnership Platform

Through the Zillow Partnership Platform, real estate agents are prominently displayed as the listing agent on all of their listings and receive leads directly from Zillow. Brokerages have daily reporting access and receive attribution, branding and a direct link back to their websites.
