We've been busy around here. Your MLS has been busy. And the effort is paying off: Today we're excited to announce that 18 more MLSs have signed direct feed agreements with Zillow Group, joining the dozens of others that are benefiting from their participation in the Zillow Partnership Platform.

Among the MLSs now providing direct feeds to Zillow is California Regional MLS — the largest multiple listing service in the country. CRMLS and 17 more MLS partners have signed agreements to send their listings directly to Zillow and Trulia.

If partnering with the country's largest MLS isn't big enough news, we are also delighted to report that two of the largest real estate franchisors in the country — Realogy and Keller Williams — have established direct feeds to assure that the flow of listings from their brokerages to Zillow and Trulia remain uninterrupted.

Here is what Art Carter, CEO of CRMLS, had to say about sending direct feeds to Zillow and Trulia:

The CRMLS board of directors is diligent in ensuring our brokerage community is empowered through choices and protections made available to them via the MLS. It is imperative that our brokers’ choices in delivering data to the Zillow Group remain intact. CRMLS and the Zillow Group have taken the initiative to ensure that data will continue to be delivered on our subscribers’ behalf.

In addition to CRMLS, new MLS partners include:

1. Alaska MLS – Anchorage, Alaska

2. Golden Isles Association of REALTORS® – Brunswick, GA

3. Greater Lansing Association of REALTORS® – Greater Lansing, MI

4. Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS® – Las Vegas, NV

5. Gulf Coast MLS – Mobile, AL

6. MIBOR Service Corporation – Indianapolis, IN

7. Middle Georgia MLS – Macon, GA

In addition to these Zillow Group partners, 26 new MLS partners have signed direct agreements with Trulia in the past three weeks. In total, 125 MLSs throughout the U.S. have the ability to send listings directly to Trulia, including 45 of the 50 largest.

About the Zillow Partnership Platform
