See My Agent tour appointments in Follow Up Boss

You can get your My Agent tour appointments for ShowingTime-enabled properties directly in FUB.

When you accept a tour request from a My Agent connection on ShowingTime-enabled properties, those appointments will automatically sync to your FUB calendar (two-way integration required). You’ll also be able to easily reschedule or cancel appointments in ShowingTime, with any changes reflected to your appointment in FUB, saving you valuable time.

The Zillow Home Loans experience in Follow Up Boss gets smoother

Zillow Home Loans support structure, making it easier for agents to activate the right buying team for their clients and work with their preferred loan officer(s). 

Details:

• The list of available loan officers will now include the agent’s designated team
• unavailable loan officers  will not appear as an option
• When Transfer to any ZHL loan officer  is selected in Follow Up Boss, one will be assigned immediately
• Any client can be transferred to a preferred loan officer regardless of status as long as they are not rejected

Benefits: You’ll be able to identify who is on your designated team directly in Follow Up Boss when transferring a client, so you can identify who is ready to partner with you as part of your regional support system. You can now also transfer any Zillow connection to your preferred ZHL loan officer and we’ll make sure you don’t connect your client with a loan officer that is out of the office.

An updated Zillow Showcase agent experience

This updated Showcase agent experience offers you an even more streamlined and integrated experience with the ability to use one login for all the best tools for supporting your seller clients — including Listing Media Services, dotloop and Showcase. You’ll get an even easier way to purchase media for your Showcase listings with easy access to book with your preferred photographer and the ability to discover and order from eligible photography companies in your market. You’ll also get improved transparency into the performance of your Showcase listings through a new listing performance dashboard.

• Single login for multiple tools, including Listing Media Services, Showcase, and dotloop, with ShowingTime coming soon.
• New and improved experience for purchasing media for your Showcase listings.
• Introduction of a Performance tab for better transparency into listing performance.

Benefits: The updated Showcase agent experience will simplify the process of managing listings and provide better tools for agents to share performance data with sellers, enhancing client satisfaction and efficiency.
