Simplifying Flex Transactions: 3 New Tools for Flex Program Success

We have some exciting updates to share with you that will make managing Flex transactions and payments a breeze. Our objectives are to help you save time, improve efficiency, and ensure the success of your team in the Flex program.

1. Flex pay online

Make payments faster and easier with Flex Pay Online. Say goodbye to the hassle of paper checks and embrace a secure, no-fee alternative to traditional payment methods. You can now conveniently pay success fees online for all connection types, including seller connections, through the Premier Agent desktop experience. 

Get started in the Premier Agent desktop app by selecting “Payments” from the “Reports” drop-down menu in the top navigation bar. Select “Manage Payment Methods” and then “Add Payment Method” to enter payment information.

2. Auto-update transaction status

Zillow is simplifying the transaction management process and helping you get credit for transactions. We’ll now automatically update Flex transaction statuses in the Premier Agent app from pending to closed if we are able to verify logged transaction details against third-party data sources. These sources include MLS data and public records data. 

On the desktop version of the Premier Agent app, you will see a banner on the Transaction Details Page when Zillow has updated the transaction status from pending to closed. Agents are still expected to confirm transaction details and upload closing documents in accordance with Flex program standards.

Please note that if, for some reason, we are unable to verify a transaction independently, you will still need to update the transaction status manually to get credit.

3. Payment and closing doc compliance metrics

Get real-time insights into Flex success fee payment and closing document compliance metrics right from the Partner Performance Report. This will help you:

• Effortlessly monitor overdue transaction balances and closing document submission statuses to uphold a positive partner standing with Flex program terms. 
• Gain a comprehensive view of transactions and overdue balances linked to your account, enabling seamless communication with Zillow regarding any queries or disputes. 
• Easily share transaction details and payment status with your team’s billing or transaction coordinators, even outside of the Zillow Premier Agent app.
