What’s New in Enhanced Markets: January 2024

Kicking off the new year, we’re delighted to start a new monthly roundup of our latest features, resources, and product updates. As we strive to make the homebuying process easier for you and your clients, we’re collecting the latest highlights in one place to keep you informed and help you get the most out of Zillow.

Touring

My Agent tour request expansion

• We are now expanding My Agent tour requests to all markets with Real-Time Touring (excluding Phoenix).
• Get tour requests from existing connections via SMS with a direct link to book an appointment in the PA app, so you never have to miss a tour request from your My Agent connections. Zillow also sends you and the buyer reminders before you both meet for the tour.
• This saves agents time by providing buyers with real-time availability, giving them up to 3 times to select.

Financing

ZHL financing status tags 

• Financing status tags will now show up in the Premier Agent app and Follow Up Boss. 
• These tags allow you to quickly check on how your client’s financing is progressing from transfer to funded loan. You can also set up automations in Follow Up Boss based on a client's financing status.
• This will make it easier for you to follow your client’s progress through their financing journey. It’s the latest Zillow Home Loans® feature designed to increase support and transparency, following loan officer outreach, automated updates at key milestones, and statuses available in the Premier Agent app.

COMING SOON: Engaged Transfer Rate lookback window update

Today, we only wait 14 days from when you receive a connection that opted in to speak to Zillow Home Loans before assessing your Flex Engaged Transfer performance. Based on your feedback, starting February 1st, we are extending this to one full calendar month, so you have time to learn about the client and transfer them to Zillow Home Loans if appropriate.
