Northeast Florida Multiple Listing Service Joins Zillow Partnership Platform
NFMLS members will benefit from improved listing data and marketing opportunities.
Today we're excited to announce that another MLS has joined the Zillow Partnership Platform. The Northeast Florida Multiple Listing Service (NEFMLS), also known as RealtyWEB.net, has 6,000 members who will now be able to send their 15,000+ listings from across northeast Florida directly to Zillow.
Why would an MLS join the Zillow Partnership Platform? Ron Stephan, CEO of NEFMLS, explains it this way:
Zillow is providing a service to a significant portion of our members. A direct relationship will improve the quality of our listings data and ensure the timeliness that is crucial to real estate, especially in terms of price and status updates.

About the Zillow Partnership Platform
The Zillow Partnership Platform allows real estate agents to be prominently displayed as the listing agent on all of their listings and receive leads directly from Zillow. Brokerages will have daily reporting access and receive attribution, branding and a direct link back to their websites.
