Updates to Premier Agent for January 2019

Premier Agent’s latest updates include extended operating hours, improved lead estimates, new routing rules, additional contact filtering options and more.

It’s only one month into the new year, but we already have the first of many improvements to share that will help you make the most of Premier Agent. Take a look at what’s new, and be sure to check back each month for the latest updates.

  • New day/time routing rules

    Team leads can now use the day of the week and time of day to make their routing rules more effective. The day/time attribute can be selected either as the lead attribute or a subsequent attribute from within the Premier Agent CRM (routing rules are not available within the mobile app).
  • More contact filtering options

    It’s now even easier to manage your contacts on the go. The app’s improved contact filtering options allow you to sort your leads based on who assigned them to you, when they plan to move and their My Agent relationship status. Make sure you have the latest version of the app and try it out.
  • Customer Experience Report updates for nurture leads

    We’re changing how we handle customer surveys for nurture leads delivered to you. We’ll continue to send your nurture leads a customer survey, but these survey results will no longer be reflected in your overall customer experience score.
  • Improved lead estimates

    To give you a clearer picture of how many connections and leads you can expect to get each month, we’re updating the Premier Agent My Ads page. You’ll now see improved estimates for how many times we’ll connect you live, by phone, with active home shoppers. You’ll also see a new column for “Estimated Additional Leads” that reflects both leads who select you specifically and those sent directly to your inbox for you to nurture. These adjustments are part of our commitment to providing a better overview of the value of your advertising spend.
  • Expanded operating hours for live connections

    We’re now working even more weekend hours to bring you live connections from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., seven days a week.
