What’s New in Enhanced Markets: September 2024

While the summer homebuying season winds down, we’re excited to introduce big changes to our Agent Leaderboard and introduce live Spanish-speaking connections.

While the summer homebuying season winds down, we’re still focused on helping you get the most out of your business. We just launched three new tools designed to simplify Flex transactions, which you can read about here. And we’re also excited to introduce big changes to our Agent Leaderboard that offer more visibility into performance metrics.

See upgrades to your Agent Leaderboard

  • Overview: Starting September 25, Enhanced Market Flex agents will soon have access to a redesigned Agent Leaderboard that highlights two metrics — Conversion Rates and Engaged Transfer Rates — for everyone on your team.
  • Details: New graphics will bring more attention to how your performance metrics tie into your leaderboard ranking. You’ll also be able to see tooltips that show how metrics are calculated.
  • Benefits: This data can help team leaders with performance coaching conversations. It can also help agents get a better understanding of their ranking and the connection volume they receive each month.

Spanish-speaking agents can now receive live Spanish connections

  • Overview: Starting September 23, Flex partners who indicate on their Zillow agent profile that they can speak Spanish will be able to receive live connections from buyers who have requested a Spanish-speaking agent.
  • Details: These connections will be sent in addition to your regular monthly connection volume, meaning they do not count toward your team’s existing lead allocation. However, Spanish language connections will be factored into your team’s performance management data.
  • Benefits: Qualifying agents can receive more connections and help these buyers throughout their journey.
