Your Enhanced Markets Roadmap: New Client Insights Tools & More

Last quarter, I spent time visiting partners in Enhanced Markets across the country. When partners offered feedback about Zillow, one thing stood out: There was a common call for more tools and insights. I’m always glad to pass feedback on to our product team, but the good news is that a number of the ideas you voiced were already on our roadmap for the rest of the year.

As the industry evolves and agents prepare for NAR policy changes to take effect, we’re committed to doing whatever we can to help you be successful. Part of that commitment includes keeping you informed about new Premier Agent plans. Here’s an exclusive look at what we’re working on.

Managing agent performance

Understanding the dynamics of performance within your teams is crucial, so we’re developing products that can help guide decision-making, give you time back, and reward agents for strong performance.

This includes the introduction of agent-level performance management tools and leaderboards that not only track but also motivate performance through healthy competition. Features currently being tested in some markets – such as performance-based connection routing – are designed to maximize team efficiency and effectiveness.

These tools will help partners focus on high-performing agents while providing targeted support to those who need it, ensuring that every team member can succeed.

Prioritizing your pipeline with new client insights

Prioritizing your pipeline effectively depends on having the right insights at the right time. To empower you to do that, we’re rolling out more tools later this year, which, for example, can flag high-intent buyers who are 5x more likely to transact in the next three months compared to those who aren’t flagged.

These features will allow you to better understand and anticipate the needs of potential buyers, enabling you to engage them more strategically. Additionally, our integration with Follow Up Boss will ensure that these insights are seamlessly incorporated into your daily workflow, making it easier to manage and convert leads.

Staying ahead of industry changes

The real estate industry is subject to continuous change, and staying ahead requires a proactive approach. Our roadmap includes a non-exclusive Touring Agreement built into the product so you’re more equipped to help buyers and get an early relationship hurdle out of the way. Once buyers opt in to the agreement on Zillow and you meet for the first tour, it sets the stage to discuss an exclusive buyer agency agreement.

A pilot for the Touring Agreement launched a few months ago, and it’s scheduled to be available in the product soon to reflect differences in state regulations and with state-specific compliance in mind.

If you have specific questions about the roadmap, we’ll be in touch with more info when new features are ready to go live. In the meantime, stay tuned for our Q4 roadmap in October.
