Effective: March 10, 2026
These Zillow Showcase Product Terms and Conditions (“Showcase Terms”), the Zillow Terms of Use, and the Zillow Privacy Notice govern the purchase of Zillow Showcase and are made part of the Order (“Order” or “Order Form” and collectively, the “Agreement”) between Agent (“Agent” or “Advertiser”) and Zillow, Inc. (collectively with its subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, and assigns “Zillow”).
If a term is used in these Showcase Terms but not defined, it will have the meaning set out in the Order Form, the Terms of Use, or the Privacy Notice, as applicable. In the event of a conflict between these Showcase Terms, the Zillow Terms of Use, the Zillow Privacy Notice, and the Order Form, the Order Form will control.
Advertiser’s use of Zillow Showcase is subject to the Zillow Workspace Terms of Use, Good Neighbor and Conduct Policy, Zillow Listing Access Standards, Zillow Listings Quality Policy, Zillow Advertising Content and Image Guidelines, and other policies and requirements published by Zillow from time to time (collectively, “Policies”). The Policies are incorporated by reference herein and Zillow may modify the Policies at any time. To the extent there is an inconsistency between a term in this Agreement and a term in the Policies, the term in this Agreement will govern.
Advertiser's use of Zillow Showcase means Advertiser accepts all terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in the Agreement.
The parties agree as follows:
1. Zillow Showcase. Zillow Showcase. Zillow Showcase is a subscription-based premium listing enhancement product designed for real estate professionals, which may include prominent agent branding on listings that appear on Zillow, dedicated marketing touchpoints, and a temporary boost in a user’s personalized search results as described in the product description page found at the following URL: https://www.zillow.com/agents/showcase/ (the “Services”). Advertiser represents that Advertiser (a) is an active real estate agent who is licensed in the state where Showcase is utilized and (b) has the full right and authority to enter into this Agreement.
In order to receive the Services, Advertiser must complete all steps and satisfy all requirements specified by Zillow for activation of a Showcase Listing (defined below), as communicated through the Services or related product documentation (such as those located here: https://grow.zillow.com/agents/showcase-resources), which may be updated from time to time in Zillow’s discretion.
An “Activated Listing” means a listing that has been activated in accordance with such requirements and is set to an active status in the applicable MLS, resulting in display on Zillow with the required media as described in Section 5. Advertiser must activate a Showcase Listing within 90 days after Advertiser purchases a Showcase Listing. Zillow will not issue refunds or otherwise be liable to Advertiser for Showcase Listings that are not Activated Listings.
2. Policies. Advertiser’s use of Services is subject to the Zillow Workspace Terms of Use, Good Neighbor and Conduct Policy, Zillow Listing Access Standards, Zillow Listings Quality Policy, Zillow Advertising Content and Image Guidelines, and other policies and requirements published by Zillow from time to time (collectively, “Policies”). The Policies are incorporated by reference herein and Zillow may modify the Policies at any time. To the extent there is an inconsistency between a term in this Agreement and a term in the Policies, the term in this Agreement will govern.
3. Subscription Models. Zillow Showcase is an automatically renewing subscription requiring recurring payments. Advertiser's Zillow Showcase subscription may be either (a) a subscription that requires recurring monthly payments (“Monthly Subscription Model”) or (b) a minimum commitment subscription where Advertiser pays as Advertiser uses Services (“2026 Subscription Model”). If Advertiser is on the Monthly Subscription Model, Advertiser may purchase additional Showcase Listings (“Additional Showcase Listings'') beyond the Showcase Listings identified in the Order on a per listing basis. Additional Showcase Listings are subject to the pricing terms presented to Advertiser at the time Advertiser purchases the Additional Showcase Listings.
4. Advertiser Materials. Advertiser or a third party acting on Advertiser’s behalf may provide Zillow with Advertiser Materials (as defined below) in connection with Advertiser’s use of the Services.
4.1 License. Advertiser hereby grants Zillow a worldwide, non-exclusive, fully paid-up, royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, sublicensable and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, display, distribute, store, publicly perform, create derivatives and derivative works from, and otherwise use and exploit, all Advertiser Materials in any and all formats, whether now or hereafter known or devised and by any and all technologies and means of delivery whether now or hereafter known, in each case in connection with the websites and other properties that are (a) owned, operated or powered by Zillow (including its affiliate brands) (the “Zillow Sites”) or (b) by Zillow’s authorized partners and licensees and the Facebook® platform (including all platforms owned and operated by Meta (the “Meta Sites”)) (together with the Zillow Sites, the “Advertisement Sites”), or any Zillow products, services, and businesses, including without limitation to improve the Services. If the Advertiser Materials include a video, then Advertiser grants Zillow a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual right to use the name, likeness, image, voice and appearance of any individual included in the video in connection with the Services.
4.2 Advertiser Materials Definition. "Advertiser Materials" includes all data and other information provided by Advertiser or a third party acting on Advertiser’s behalf to Zillow, in any form, including but not limited to (i) photos, videos, information, URLs, and other content, whether generated by or for Advertiser (including Advertiser’s Participating Agents); and (ii) the web sites and landing pages to which Advertiser Materials link or direct Zillow Sites users.
4.3 Display of Advertiser Materials. Zillow does not review all Advertiser Materials prior to display. Zillow has the right, in its sole discretion, to remove or modify the Advertiser Materials for any reason, including format, spelling, or other matters of presentation, or if Zillow believes the Advertiser Materials violate this Agreement.
4.4 Participating Agents. “Participating Agents” means the individual real estate agents authorized by Advertiser to use the Services under this Agreement. Advertiser is responsible for ensuring that any Participating Agent or third party whose content or likeness is submitted under this Agreement has granted all necessary rights to Advertiser and to Zillow. Zillow may, in its sole discretion, require such individuals to accept additional terms before using the Services. For clarity, Zillow owns all right, title, and interest in and to all data that Zillow collects about Advertiser’s and Participating Agents use of the Services.
5. Advertiser Representation and Warranties. Advertiser represents and warrants to Zillow the following:
6. Showcase Media. To create a Showcase Listing, Advertiser must include the required media for a Showcase Listing, which includes a Zillow 3D Home® Interactive Floor Plan as described here https://grow.zillow.com/agents/showcase-getting-started-guide/booking-media, which may change from time to time (“Required Media”). Advertiser may use: (i) Zillow Media Experts; or (ii) a third-party photographer (“Independent Photographer”) to capture the Required Media. Advertiser acknowledges the cost of Required Media is not included in the Subscription Price, price and that Advertiser is solely responsible for scheduling and paying for the Required Media.
7. Confidentiality. Advertiser understands and agrees that all pricing and Zillow Showcase subscription information displayed within the Zillow Workspace platform constitutes Zillow’s confidential information and is provided for the sole purpose of facilitating Advertiser’s Zillow Showcase subscription purchasing decisions. Advertiser may only use pricing or Zillow Showcase subscription information as explicitly permitted in this Agreement. Sharing this information to any third party, in any form or format (including aggregated data), is strictly prohibited unless required by law. Any unauthorized disclosure or use may result in Zillow immediately terminating Advertiser’s Zillow Showcase subscription, banning Advertiser from the Zillow Sites and other properties, and pursuing all rights and remedies available to Zillow, all of which are hereby reserved.
8. Payments
8.1. Billing and Payment Authorization. Advertiser authorizes Zillow and its third-party service providers to charge Advertiser’s payment method on file (including credit card, debit card, or direct debit from Advertiser’s bank account, if applicable)(“Payment Method”) at the following times and for the following purposes:
8.2. Price Changes. Zillow reserves the right to update Zillow Showcase subscription pricing, taxes, or to introduce new fees at any time. Pricing changes go into effect thirty (30) days after Zillow provides Advertiser with advance notice (as described in Section 15). If Advertiser does not agree to the updated pricing, Advertiser may cancel Advertiser's Zillow Showcase subscription prior to the effective date of the change without a termination fee (if applicable). Continued use of the Services after the pricing change takes effect means Advertiser accepts the new pricing.
8.3. Bill Date. Invoices will be generated on Advertiser's bill date each month as displayed on Advertiser's invoice or in Zillow Workspace. Zillow will automatically mark invoices as paid as soon as payment is charged against Advertiser's Payment Method. Advertiser's Zillow Workspace account will serve as the official billing record for all purposes under this Agreement..
8.4. Payment Method and Updates. Advertiser is responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date payment information in Advertiser's Zillow Workspace account. All payments are processed using the Payment Method Advertiser provides through Advertiser's Zillow Workspace account.
If there is a change to Advertiser's Payment Method or billing details, Advertiser must update Advertiser's Payment Method in Advertiser's Zillow Workspace account.
If Advertiser's payment details change, Advertiser authorizes Advertiser's card provider or bank to provide Zillow and its third-party service providers with updated account information. Advertiser also authorizes Zillow and its third-party service providers to charge Advertiser's Payment Method, or any updated Payment Method associated with Advertiser's account, if Advertiser's primary method is declined or otherwise unavailable to satisfy amounts owed under this Agreement
8.5. Sharing of Payment Information. Advertiser authorizes Zillow and its service providers to store Advertiser's Payment Method information for the purpose of executing future Zillow transactions and autorenewal payments under this Agreement as further described in Zillow’s Privacy Notice https://www.zillowgroup.com/zg-privacy-policy.
8.6. Taxes. Zillow and Advertiser will be responsible, as required under applicable law, for identifying and paying all taxes and other governmental fees and charges (and any penalties, interest, and other additions thereto) that are imposed on Zillow or Advertiser upon or with respect to the transactions and payments under this Agreement. All fees charged by Zillow are exclusive of applicable taxes and duties, including, without limitation, excise tax, sales and transaction taxes, and gross receipts taxes (“Indirect Taxes”). Advertiser will provide such information to Zillow as reasonably required to determine whether Zillow is obligated to collect Indirect Taxes from Advertiser. Zillow shall not collect, and Advertiser shall not pay, any such Indirect Tax or duty for which Advertiser furnishes Zillow a properly completed exemption certificate or similar document or for which Zillow may claim an available exemption from Indirect Tax.
8.7. Late Payment. Zillow may terminate Advertiser's Zillow Showcase subscription with or without notice for late payment caused by an invalid Payment Method, outdated payment details, or any other reason. Advertiser remains responsible for any uncollected amounts and applicable termination fees notwithstanding any termination of Advertiser's Zillow Showcase subscription or Zillow Workspace account.
Payment of an invoice following termination does not entitle Advertiser to reactivation of services. A new Order may be required to resume Advertiser's Zillow Showcase subscription. In the event Advertiser’s payment is late, unpaid amounts will bear interest at the rate of one percent (1%) per month (or the highest rate permitted by law, if less). Advertiser is responsible for paying reasonable expenses (including collection agency and attorneys’ fees) Zillow incurs in collecting unpaid amounts. Nothing in this Agreement obligates Zillow to extend credit to any party.
8.8. Billing Disputes. Advertiser must first attempt to resolve any payment dispute directly with Zillow. If Advertiser would like to dispute any invoice received from or charged by Zillow as authorized above, Advertiser must provide Zillow with written notice to a Zillow representative within 30 days of the applicable invoice date, as shown in Advertiser's Zillow Workspace account. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Advertiser waives all claims relating to payments that Zillow charges to a Payment Method unless claimed within 30 days after the charge (without prejudice to Advertiser's credit card issuer rights).
8.9. Bank Accounts. When Advertiser adds Advertiser's bank account as a Payment Method, Advertiser authorizes Zillow to further debit or credit Advertiser's bank account to correct any erroneous debit, make necessary adjustments to Advertiser's payment, or to issue a refund back to Advertiser's bank account. Advertiser also authorizes Zillow to make any inquiries or obtain any information, including a credit report or other credit checks, that we determine are necessary to verify Advertiser's bank account. We may suspend, refuse, or remove Advertiser's ability to make a payment using Advertiser's bank account without notice for any reason at any time. If Advertiser's bank returns any payment (for example, if Advertiser has insufficient funds available or account blocks in place), we may retry the payment. Advertiser's bank may charge Advertiser an overdraft or other fees for each payment failure.
9. Term. Advertiser's Zillow Showcase subscription begins on the Effective Date and continues for the Initial Term. Unless otherwise stated, after the Initial Term, Advertiser’s Showcase subscription will automatically renew for a period of time depending on Advertiser’s Zillow Showcase subscription model.
10. Termination.
10.1. Termination by Advertiser; No Refunds. Advertiser may terminate Advertiser’s Zillow Showcase subscription at any time by notifying Advertiser’s assigned Zillow representative or, when available, by submitting a cancellation request through Advertiser’s account in Zillow Workspace. Advertiser’s cancellation will take effect one business day before Advertiser’s next bill date, provided Zillow receives Advertiser’s notice at least 30 days in advance of Advertiser’s next bill date. If Advertiser’s bill date falls on a weekend or holiday, Advertiser’s cancellation will be processed on the last business day before that date. If Advertiser provides notice less than 30 days before Advertiser’s next bill date, Advertiser’s cancellation will take effect one business day before the following bill date. Payments are nonrefundable and there are no refunds or credits for cancellations that occur prior to a billing date. Cancellation requests made before the Effective Date will be treated as a withdrawal of the Order and will not trigger any termination fees.
Example: Whether during Advertiser’s Initial Term or a Renewal Term, Advertiser’s bill date is June 20, and Advertiser provides notice of termination on June 15. This means Advertiser’s next bill date will occur on June 20, and Advertiser’s Zillow Showcase subscription will end on July 19 (one business day before the next billing date).
10.2. Termination by Zillow. Zillow may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing notice to Advertiser. Zillow may also terminate at any time with or without notice for non-payment as further described in Section 8 above. Any termination by Zillow will be effective immediately upon notice.
10.2.1. Cross Non-Payment Defaults. Zillow reserves the right to suspend or terminate Advertiser's access to other Zillow products or services if Advertiser fails to pay amounts owed under Advertiser's Zillow Showcase subscription. Similarly, Zillow may suspend or terminate Advertiser's Zillow Showcase subscription if Advertiser defaults on payment obligations related to other Zillow products or services governed by separate agreements with Zillow.
10.3. Termination Fee. If Advertiser terminates Zillow Showcase (or Zillow terminates for non-payment pursuant to Section 8) before the end of the Initial Term, Advertiser agrees to pay, as liquidated damages and not as a penalty, the termination fee applicable to Advertiser's Zillow Showcase subscription model and described below:
This amount represents the fees that would have been due had Advertiser's Zillow Showcase subscription continued through the full Initial Term. The parties agree that actual damages would be difficult to determine at signing, and the termination fee is a reasonable pre-estimate.
Advertiser expressly authorizes Zillow to charge Advertiser's Payment Method for any applicable early termination fees. By purchasing the Services, Advertiser acknowledges and agrees that these amounts may be charged automatically upon termination or account closure.
11. Modifications. Zillow may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by advance notice (as described in Section 15). During this notice period, Advertiser may choose to cancel Advertiser's Zillow Showcase subscription without any termination fees (if applicable) by providing written notice to Zillow. Continued use of the Services after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the changes.
12. Limitation of Liability. All disclaimers and limitations of liability applicable to Advertiser's use of the Services are described in the Zillow Terms of Use. Zillow’s liability to Advertiser is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law and subject to the caps, disclaimers, and exclusions set forth in the Zillow Terms of Use.
13. Indemnification. Advertiser agrees to indemnify Zillow as described in the Zillow Terms of Use. To the extent not otherwise covered, Advertiser also agrees to indemnify Zillow for any third-party claims arising from Advertiser's use of the Services in violation of this Agreement.
14. Governing Law. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Washington, as described in the Zillow Terms of Use.
15. Notice. Zillow may provide required notices to Advertiser via email, Advertiser's Zillow Workspace account, or other reasonable methods. Notices will be deemed received when delivered via the selected method. Any notices to Zillow must be sent to Zillow Inc., 1301 Second Ave., Floor 36, Seattle, WA 98101, with a copy to Legal Department, via registered mail with return receipt or air mail or overnight courier and by email to legal@zillowgroup.com, and are deemed given upon receipt of the physical copy or confirmed response of email.
16. Entire Agreement. This Agreement and any incorporated product-specific terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
