A pilot integration with the scheduling and management tool ShowingTime helps Zillow Premier Agents streamline the tour scheduling process.
To better serve you and your customers in the home-buying process, we’re continuing to make adjustments to the tour connection experience.
In a few markets starting September 9, we’re piloting the integration of a scheduling and management tool, ShowingTime, to help streamline the tour scheduling process. ShowingTime will automatically work to schedule and confirm tour appointments for you within the Zillow Premier Agent app.
After the connection call with the buyer, you’ll receive a push notification that contains the buyer's information, requested tour date and time, along with the property they would like to tour. Accepting the connection prompts an automatic request to ShowingTime to be sent on your behalf. As a confirmation, you’ll receive a status of the tour in your inbox and on the contact details page for that lead.
