It’s never too early to think about summer, especially in this business. And you know better than anyone that preparation is the key to a successful summer — that’s where The Spring Cleaning Challenge comes in.

How The Spring Cleaning Challenge Works:

  1. Download the checklist.
  2. Share your experience on social media with our hashtags.

Build Your Business, One Week at a Time:

  • Week 1 - Organization: Get your car ready for your clients. The busy season means a lot more time in your car. Make sure you have everything you need to keep your clients comfortable.
  • Week 2 - Branding: Ask for a new review. Reviews matter when prospective home buyers and sellers are looking for an agent. Even if you have several accessible reviews, home buyers and sellers often look for current reviews in neighborhoods they are focused on. Start the summer with fresh reviews to attract new clients.
  • Week 3 - Marketing: Post on your social media account(s). Creating new content and attracting an audience can feel daunting. Make it easy on week three with three simple posts to up your engagement. Your social feeds can be a great way to drive new leads with thoughtful, engaging posts.
  • Week 4 - Prospects: Focus on getting new clients. Most agents have commission opportunities — or money leaks — waiting in their database. Your seemingly dead leads need some TLC. Appointments this week mean closings this summer!

And because everything is better with music, download our Spotify Spring Cleaning Challenge playlist. Beyond that, just print the checklist and get started. You’ve got this!
