Updates to Zillow Premier Agent for August 2020

We're always making improvements to help you better serve your clients. This month's updates include automatic advertising adjustments and tour connections.

Advertising automatic adjustments

We've updated the automatic adjustments for advertising to take place either immediately or on your next billing date depending on your advertising spend:

• A net increase or no change will trigger a same-day change
• A net decrease or ZIP reduction will occur on your next billing cycle

Tour connection times are back

Buyers are now able to automatically schedule home tours. You'll receive a notification for the tour connection with the option to accept or decline. This feature will make it easier for you and your buyers to set up a tour!
