If a customer gets dropped during the connection process, we'll attempt to reconnect them with an available agent using our automated process instead of trying to call you back first. This will result in a better experience for both you and the customer by ensuring both parties are ready to speak with each other. And as always — a dropped connection won't count as a delivered connection.
Last month we started sending confirmations to ask if you set an appointment after speaking with a connection. We hope this feedback will help you track the rate at which you reach your goal of scheduling in-person or virtual appointments.
