It’s the little things that add up to make a big difference! This month, we’ve introduced a few simple solutions to keep you on top of what matters most in your business. Don’t miss anything new — make sure you’re using the latest version of the Zillow Premier Agent app.

Buyer activity insights broadly available

Keep up easily with your clients who are looking at homes! Buyer activity insights are rolling out to all Zillow Premier Agents this month. If you don't already, you'll start receiving push notifications from the app when buyers you have an active My Agent relationship with: 

  • Begin searching after a period of being inactive
  • Repeatedly view the same property
  • Expand their search to a new market or ZIP code

With these insights, you can identify opportunities to follow up with clients, deepen relationships and better prepare for questions they may ask.

You can also tap Insights in the mobile app to access these notifications anytime, even if push notifications are turned off on your phone.

New tour connection best practices

Email signatures for Android

Previously available for iOS and desktop, email signatures are now available for Android. Take advantage of this feature when sending email from the Zillow Premier Agent app.
