Check your lead report for missed connections and answer rate

Lead report adds missed connections

Wondering if you've received your full share of connections? Your lead report now includes missed connections so you can see how your answer rate impacts the number of connections you receive. You don't have to answer every call from us, but you should aim to answer at least 50% of the time to get your fair share of connections. Easy next steps for tour connections

Tour connections simplify the process of getting that first face-to-face meeting with a connection, and now it’s easier to confirm appointments and follow up through the app. After you accept a tour connection, you'll get a push notification on your phone with the buyer's information and the property they'd like to tour, plus simple options to take your next steps quickly: Send the buyer a text message, create a task to follow up later and add the tour to your calendar. Keep conversations going with confidence

Now it's easy to move your conversations from email to text messaging! If you have a mobile number for the contact, just tap the Send a text button when you reply to messages from the Zillow Premier Agent inbox on desktop. Whether sent from your phone or desktop, your text conversations will all be captured in the same message thread. Because home buyers often prefer texting as their method of communication, this new option can help you communicate more effectively with connections and leads. 

Has that prospect read your message? Now you can see on both iOS and desktop when a recipient has opened an email sent via your Zillow Premier Agent inbox. Find this information in your inbox to help you determine your next step and follow up confidently. Stay tuned — this feature will be available soon for Android!

Reminder: Set up Gmail forwarding

If you have Gmail leads sent to your Zillow Premier Agent app, you’ll need to set up email forwarding in Gmail to continue receiving these messages in your inbox after Dec. 31, 2019. Effective Jan. 1, 2020, Gmail will be changing its data requirements for third-party applications, and we’ll no longer be supporting this integration.
