Updates to Zillow Premier Agent for September 2019

We're making it easier to stay on top of your connections! Make sure you have the most recent version of our app and enable push notifications on your phone* to start using two new features. Plus, remember to update your profile to meet the new Best of Zillow requirements.

Do a connection dry run

Make sure you’re prepared for your first (or 50th) phone connection! The Zillow Premier Agent app now lets you test the connection process and make sure your settings and notifications are configured for a smooth conversation. As part of the test, you'll receive a push notification that shows you the type of buyer and property information you can expect when it's time to prepare for a real connection.

You can try this feature anytime by tapping More > Get Help & Give Feedback > Test a Connection. If you're new to the Zillow Premier Agent app, you'll be prompted to test a connection at the top of your inbox. 

Quick and easy next steps post-connection

After you receive a new connection, you'll get a push notification with the buyer’s info and property they're interested in, as well as options to follow up with a text message, add notes from your conversation and update the status of your buyers. With these quick prompts, it's easy to take the next steps to move connections through your pipeline.

Reminder: New Best of Zillow requirements

Don’t forget to add past sales and validate your real estate license number on your profile. In addition to maintaining an experience score of 90+, these are now requirements for agents to receive the Best of Zillow designation. A complete profile lets home buyers know you’re an active agent — and that you’re committed to meeting buyers' evolving, on-demand expectations. Learn more about the new requirements.
