Tenants are responsible for their electricity which is through Alliant Energy. We include 2 parking spots with rent. When applying, we require all tenants who plan to reside in the unit to submit their own applications. All applications must be submitted together. Units are not secured until all applications have been approved and the lease is signed. Dogs and cats are allowed at this property. They require a one time fee of $250 and $50 pet rent per month.
