Monthly Rent: $1300 + Electric Gas, Water, and Trash are included in the rent. Security Deposit: $1300 *This is a no-smoking building. PET POLICY Approved pets are allowed with a refundable pet fee of $400 and a monthly pet rent of $25 per animal. Criminal histories involving weapons, drugs, violence, or any actions that pose a threat to the safety of the community, BREPM personnel, or property may result in denial. Each case is evaluated based on factors such as nature, severity, circumstances, and recency of the offense. - Evictions: Any eviction within the last seven (7) years may result in a denial. Each case is evaluated based on factors such as circumstances, frequency, resolution, and recency of the eviction. - Renter's Insurance: Required prior to move-in. - Housing Vouchers: This property does not accept AHFC, rent relief, or any other housing assistance vouchers.
