Unemployment benefits, temporary assistance, and dividends are not accepted as qualifying income. - Background Check: A criminal background check is conducted for all applicants. Criminal histories involving weapons, drugs, violence, or any actions that pose a threat to the safety of the community, BREPM personnel, or property may result in denial.
