We have two available private rooms in a 5 bed/5 bath house. One is available August 1st and the other on August 14th, but may be negotiable.
The two-story house is large with plenty of space and natural lighting, a big kitchen (2 refrigerators), and includes a washer/dryer, parking, central A/C, etc. Currently, no pets, but they are allowed with roommate and landlord approval. It's an easy walk to the Medical School (~15 minutes) or bus lines for short rides to North/Central campus, which is ideal for UM graduate students. Although you will have your own bathroom & bedroom, you'll be sharing the rest of the house with 3 other housemates. They are all respectful, tidy, and are UM graduate students.
Bedroom + private bathroom: $960/month + utilities- roughly $130 per month.
