Whomever I emailed with was nice and understanding, was stuck in traffic so I was let so I emailed them to let them know that and they were very understanding. When I arrived I felt as though the person i was dealing with was very nice, but at the end when I was leaving I felt as though she was trying to sell me on a dream that I didn’t want. She knew I was only interested in two models and knew that they wouldn’t be available until months after the month I wanted to move in, so she was trying to get me to go for a unit that was way out of my set range and I didn’t like that.

Property
It wasn’t what I expected. The two units I told them that I was interested in was not at all the unit I was shown. I wasn’t told until after the self guided tour that they didn’t have an available unit that i was interested in for view. The model I did view was okay, they could’ve updated the washer and dryer since they were very outdated. The parking lot isn’t very spacious. The hallway leading to the unit as well as the hallway the unit was in should be cleaned and aired out. I didn’t like how there was only one lock on the actual door leading into the unit and it didn’t look like it was safe, it looked like it could’ve easily been picked or broken.

Southeast Naperville/Aurora’s 60504 blends suburban calm with big shopping energy around Fox Valley Mall and the Route 59 corridor. Expect classic Midwest seasons—snowy winters, blossoming springs, warm, humid summers—and plenty of green space at Waubonsie Lake Park, Oakhurst Forest Preserve, and along the Waubonsie Creek Trail for biking, jogging, and leashed dog walks. Daily life is convenient: groceries at Meijer and 99 Ranch Market (Pacifica Square), coffee at Starbucks and local bubble tea/bakeries, workouts at LA Fitness, and a diverse dining scene spanning pan-Asian spots at Pacifica Square to family restaurants near the mall; Round1 and movie outings keep evenings low-key. Aurora’s “City of Lights” heritage adds local pride and community traditions. Recent Zillow Rental Manager market trends show a median rent around $2,200, with most listings roughly $1,600–$3,000. The area is family- and pet-friendly, with walkable retail clusters, the Metra Route 59 station close by, and quick I-88 access for commuters.
