Avia

Avia is a newly built, off-campus student housing building. We are located just blocks away from the University of Texas at Austin campus, allowing for a short walk to class. If you don't feel like walking, hop on the UT Shuttle that stops just outside the front of the building! We are at the center of West Campus, perfect for Greek life or anyone looking for an authentic college experience. Each unit comes with top of the line stainless steel appliances, en suite washer and dryer, and free wifi.
