This one bedroom and one bathroom first-floor condo can accommodate up to two (2) people. This adorable unit is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy all the attractions of Avalon. There is an arcade and tons of free parking right across the street and the beach is only steps away! Easily walk into Avalon's town center for dining and shopping or relax by the heated pool. We are PET FRIENDLY! Your pet is welcome as we consider them part of the family! Prior approval and pet fee is mandatory. Your pet is not permitted to be near the pool area or in the pool. Amenities Include: - Queen Bed - Full Kitchen - Wi-Fi - Roku Streaming Sick or Smart TV provided (NO CABLE!) - Window A/C Units - Non-Smoking - Swimming Pool during peak season (shared with 3 other units) Important Notes: - Pool area will be open by 05/25/25 and closed on 09/28/25. - Linens, towels, toiletries and beach equipment is not provided. If desired there are several local companies that rent linens, towels and beach equipment such as @ShoreService or you can bring your own. - Beach tags are NOT INCLUDED! - Lowest A/C setting is 70 degrees; highest heat setting is 75 degrees. - Strict No Parties Rule: Avalon Borough has a strict noise code. In the event that our tenants violate that code, we could lose our Rental License for three consecutive years. If, as a result of your stay, our Rental License is revoked due to a code violation, you and your guests WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR 3 YEARS OF RENTAL INCOME.
