    Maria has answered all of our many questions, offered tours on 2 separate days (the 2nd one was impromptu but Maria was so accommodating, just so kind and friendly so my husband could see how much I loved the Community) and in the 2nd tour we met Melissa who was equally as kind, friendly and helpful.

    We’ve toured the Community 2 times now and we are very impressed with Maria and Melissa being so super helpful, the Community and it’s amenities, tenants we spoke with said they love living here and there’s a peaceful atmosphere that feels like you are home. We are hoping someone moves out in the next several months, so that we can call it our next home.

    Beautiful, modern space. Well lit. Pleasant feel. Loved gym and community spaces, playground, pool, walkability to part and bike trail. Disliked wall to wall carpets and "wasted space" because of long, diagonal hallway layout. We wanted a bit more room in 2nd bedroom and balcony and view. Also, for us, location a bit out of the way for the direction we will be heading most of the time.

    Saucon View resonded to my inquiry very quickly. The manager is fantastic - very good communicator, prompt responses. Very pleased and they are my #1 option should I need a rental in April, 2022.

    Very nice property with clubhouse, pool, gym. Overall, property is well maintained and location is excellent for me.
