    Conveniently Located 2-Bedroom Apartment! - **Available as a lease transfer for 2025-2026, with option to renew Moriah Apartments are located on Homespun Hills Rd off Hwy 105, and convenient to ASU Campus, shopping, and dining! The small complex features six 2 bed / 1 bath units, and comes with on-site mail and free tenant parking. Sorry, no guest parking is available. Step inside an open-concept living and kitchen area with large windows to let in plenty of light. The kitchen comes equipped with a full size refrigerator, stove/oven, and dishwasher. Down the hall find the two bedrooms each with a ceiling fan, double-door closets, and plenty of space for your belongings. The shared bathroom features a tub/shower combo and vanity storage. There is no on-site laundry at this complex. Each unit rents for $1,340. The rental rate includes well water & septic along with an on-site dumpster for trash disposal and general lawn care. All other utilities are the responsibility of the tenant. Heat is electric baseboard, no AC. Each unit is jointly leased. The security deposit is typically equal to the rental amount with a $75 administrative fee per tenant. The units are pet friendly for 1 pet per bedroom. There is a non-refundable $300 pet fee and monthly $30 pet rent per approved pet. Restrictions apply, so ask your leasing representative for more information.
