Down the hall find the two bedrooms each with a ceiling fan, double-door closets, and plenty of space for your belongings. The shared bathroom features a tub/shower combo and vanity storage. There is no on-site laundry at this complex. Each unit rents for $1,340. The rental rate includes well water & septic along with an on-site dumpster for trash disposal and general lawn care. All other utilities are the responsibility of the tenant. Heat is electric baseboard, no AC. Each unit is jointly leased. The security deposit is typically equal to the rental amount with a $75 administrative fee per tenant. The units are pet friendly for 1 pet per bedroom.
