The units rent for $1,425 a month with tenant paying a $50/month Water, Sewer and Trash billback. Security deposit of $1,425. There is a $30 nonrefundable application fee for each person over the age of 18. This includes a background and credit check. All of our apartments are 2-bedroom 2-bathroom. As for pets, we do have a non-refundable pet fee of $250 per pet. Pets will be limited to no more than two (2) animals with a 50-pound weight limit per pet. Pets must be at least one year of age.
