Management
Ana, the property manager who showed me the apartment, was very helpful, professionally thorough, and considerate. She made sure that I understand the application process and how I have to qualify. She explained the utility expenses and pet fees. She was cheerful, responsive to my questions and gave me her full attention and time.

The 2-bedroom 2-bath apartment I toured looked great, was recently renovated, the kitchen looked good with new appliances, was reasonably priced, and had a good layout. My wife and I are seniors, and we would have considered it very seriously if it was on the first floor or if there was an elevator. I placed my name on the list for any vacancy on the first floor.
