Property
It's still a gutted unit, but the landlord was able to communicate a full description and walk us through the unit to give us a feel of exactly how it will look when it's done. Uneven bedroom sizes and a bit of a small living space, but overall it seems like it will be a great unit! Very conveniently located to the Belmont Brown line stop and noise from the train is minimal from inside the unit.
Management
Very friendly, had ready answers to every question, and seemed like he'd be a very pleasant landlord.
