Management
The apartment viewing with the agent was lackluster. We were 10 minutes late because we got lost and apologized immediately for the inconvenience, however the agent seemed irritated and was not at all friendly or welcoming. He proceeded to open doors for us and give brief, blunt answers to our questions. He didn’t seem interested in educating us about the benefits of the unit or property and we left wondering why we would consider renting at The Mondrian and if perhaps our family demographic was “undesired” for the location. Very disappointing and unsettling experience.
