Step inside your freshly updated apartment and be welcomed by beautifully refinished hardwood floors, an open-concept living room, a dining area, and a kitchen with all major appliances including a dishwasher and built-in microwave. Each building features coin-operated laundry and extra storage space, making your life more convenient. SNS Management provides heat and trash, while residents are responsible for electricity and water/sewer. Groesbeck Gardens is a pet-friendly community! With an additional monthly fee and a non-refundable fee, we're happy to accommodate your beloved pets. There is an application fee per applicant for anyone 18 years or older.
