Located conveniently close to I-275, Ronald Reagan Highway, shopping, entertainment, and public transportation, our community is perfect for anyone seeking a convenient lifestyle.
Apartments feature vinyl wood-look flooring, carpeted bedrooms, a walk-out balcony (2nd & 3rd Floor Units), and an upgraded kitchen with all major appliances including a dishwasher and built-in microwave. Laundry hookups are available in every unit, with sets available for rent.
The security deposit required is equal to one month's rent, with residents responsible for electricity through Duke Energy, while water utilities are paid to SNS Management on an individual basis. Trash service is included.
Woodside is a pet-friendly community! With an additional monthly fee and a non-refundable pet fee, we're happy to accommodate your beloved pets.
For applicants, we charge a standard application fee per person 18 years or older.
Our minimum requirements include:
1. A gross income of at least three times the monthly rent rate
2. No outstanding or delinquent accounts with utility service providers.
3. A credit score of at least 575.
4. No previous evictions in the past 7 years
5. No violent felonies ever or non-violent felonies in the past 7 years
6. No sex offenders
