    What's special

This forty-eight unit complex is quiet and quaint as it is actually split into four separate sections. Each separate twelve unit parcel has its own main secure entrance locked by key FOBs. There are six two-bedroom units, and forty-two one bedroom suites. The Laurel Manor building has a solid foundation on central location, setback for privacy. All units underwent renovations throughout from the visible cabinets and appliances to the electrical and plumbing. They are all pet friendly and offer the many great benefits of Northlake Management. The two bedroom units are just about 1000 square feet with the rooms separated from the main living, dining, and kitchen. The one bedroom units are just over 650 square feet. All of the units are complete with brand new stainless steel appliances. The refrigerators are between 15-20 cu.ft. and the electrical range is a full size. The cabinets are a shaker style cherry to bring a rustic wood look and brightness to the space. Countertops are quartz or granite depending on the specific unit. New carpet or hardwood flooring makes the space comfy and flow. All units come equipped with an in-wall AC unit to cool the room in the hot summer days. Bathrooms went through the same renovation as the kitchen and have new lighting, vanities, porcelain tile, and more. Parking is available in the rear of the building for free as your vehicle is registered during the application process. Laundry is open 24/7 and is located on the middle level at each building. The machines themselves are coin operated. Residents are responsible for electric only (not including any communication devices you wish to setup).
