This is a re-rental (i.e. sublet) of an existing lease that runs through April of 2026. You will have to complete an application (including $50 application fee) and need to be fully approved based on the rental company's application screening criteria (Lykens Companies).
The new resident will pay a security deposit (amount based on their application
screening) prior directly to Lykens.
The new resident can choose to extend the lease directly with Lykens.
