We are working remotely AND onsite for our Residents at both Autumn Chase and The Sinclair Phase II. Our main office is located at 3691 Claypond Road in Myrtle Beach. Due to the nature of our business, calls are answered as quickly as possible and emails replied to only once daily. All appointments must be made over the phone in advance.

We are pet friendly and welcome a maximum of 2 pets per apartment with a weight limit not to exceed 70lbs for the first pet and 100lbs combined for both pets. A one-time non-refundable pet fee of $300.00(per pet) is required along with a monthly pet rent of $35.00 per month. A photo of the pet and updated vaccine records are required. We require a renter's insurance policy with a minimum coverage of $500,000 with the landlord named as the additional insured within the policy. Please call for breed restrictions and additional criteria.
*We include a $60.00 a month allowance for water and sewer. If you exceed this amount, you will be billed monthly in addition to your rent.
