Conveniently located near Riverside Dr. and close to the downtown area for restaurants, shopping and more. The schools are Woodberry Hills Elementary School, Westwood Middle School, and George Washington High School District. All persons over 18 years of age must be on the application. Income should be 3.5 times the amount of expected monthly rent. Example: If the expected rent will be $350 $350 x 3.5 = $1,225 monthly income A credit score of 600 and above.
