Water, trash and lawn care are included. This apartment offers a convent location and plenty of space! The schools for the area are Twin Springs Elementary, Tunstall Middle, and Tunstall High School. Applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. What do we look for in an applicant? All persons over 18 years of age must be on the application. Income should be 3.5 times the amount of expected monthly rent. Example: If the expected rent will be $350 $350 x 3.5 = $1,225 monthly income A credit score of 600 and above.
