Walking distance from the Village of East Davenport and a quick drive to shopping and plenty of restaurants. Ideal for students, anyone traveling to the area for a short period of time or relocating who does not want to deal with the hassle of moving furniture! Be the first to enjoy a completely renovated kitchen and bathroom, new flooring, and all freshly painted rooms. All appliances are brand new except the refrigerator. The kitchen and bathroom both come with plenty of storage for all your needs! The kitchen has a small coffee/wet bar area and is completely furnished with a taller table and chairs. There are 2 bar stools and 2 taller chairs so you can push the stools against the wall for additional space. The new bathroom has great water pressure, a small storage cabinet on the floor for towels and toiletries. Included with the kitchen are all small appliances (Keurig, microwave, crockpot) and needs for you and any guests. The living room is large with a leather sectional sofa and oversized chair. The sectional folds out to a queen sized bed if needed for guests. Additionally in this room are two grand closets that can be used as a coat closet, storage for an E-bike or any additional bedding! The living room has a new 55" flat screen smart TV and allows you to login to all your streaming apps. Between the living room and kitchen is the bedroom that closes with two beautiful French doors. Inside the bedroom is a brand new queen bed-set with two nightstands and dresser with mirror on top. There is a large walk in closet for additional storage and hanging needs, that also has the original dark wood built ins. Outside of your bedroom is a great room that we've set up as an office. There's great natural light with large windows behind the desk and plenty of office essential including two stylish chairs adding to the decor and bookshelves. An ADT security system has been installed for increased safety with coded door locks in the front and back. On street parking is available directly in front of unit. A new washer and dryer is available in the laundry room in the basement, it is a community set so it is first come, first serve. Each wash/dry cycle is $3 ($6 total) and is operated via ShinePay, a digital app that connects to your preferred payment method. Small/medium size dogs under 50 pounds are welcome and require a monthly pet fee; monthly pet fee of $50 applies to dogs 26-50 pounds and dogs 25 pounds and under pay $25. Cats are also allowed and follow the same weight restrictions and must be litter box trained. Updated vaccination records with current weight must be provided in advance of move in date that comply with the city of Davenport pet mandates. A maximum of one pet is allowed per unit, no exceptions. A non-refundable $250 pet deposit is required upon signing of the lease. Management pays water, sewer, trash, and yard / snow removal expenses. A security deposit of one (1) months rent is required, a background check must be completed by each tenant over 18 years of age, and renters insurance must be shown prior to moving in. If renting for under three (3) months, the security deposit is equivalent to a full months rent ($2354.00). A cleaning fee of $325 applies for anyone tenants staying under 90 days and $450 cleaning fee applies to tenants exceeding 90 days. All cleaning fees will be removed from deposit. If management feels a deeper clean is necessary for tenants under 90 days, the higher fee may apply. Rent is $2,354.00/mo. This unit is available starting in January 2027. Rental terms are for a minimum of one month but can exceed 12 months. *Kitchen renovations are nearly complete and the home office is waiting for the desk to arrive!
