     Property

    The unit doesn't seem well kept up as there is a hole in the ceiling above the refrigerator. It is located in the basement of the building, so I know the lighting is not going to be great there, but overall, it felt like a basement, which isn't really something that you'd want when looking for a place, even if it's in the basement. I do also recognize the current tenant was still living there, so they may still have time to clean it up more once they move out. Overall, it was ok but definitely will only work for certain types of people. Not for me at all. The company that is renting it out is great though, based of my interactions with them seeing this unit. Very helpful.
