    We think that you will be thrilled with what we offer here at Parkview Lofts at Highlands. We are located centrally with easy access to downtown Denver, I-25 and not too far off from I-70 which facilitates your commute to work or play. Parkview Lofts consists of three one-bedroom units and nine studio apartments. All within a secure building. There is ample street parking available on Eliot Street. In addition (subject to availability), you can enjoy our off-street parking for an additional monthly fee. Jefferson Park is located just across the street and is a great place for recreation and relaxation. For the sport fan, Parkview Lofts is in close proximity to the home of the Broncos -- Mile High Stadium (less than a mile away), as well as the home for both the Nuggets and Avs -- The Pepsi Center (only 1 1/2 miles away). For further entertainment, we are located very close to both the Denver Aquarium (1/2 mile down 23rd Avenue) and Elitch Gardens (1 1/2 miles away). The Highlands area of Denver has experienced an incredible surge of growth over the past few years. As a result, we have incredibly unique and singular neighborhoods. Highlands has something for everyone; if you are looking for excellent and highly rated restaurants, you'll find them here. If, on the other hand, you are enchanted by the art scene, there's plenty of art to be seen here.
