     Property

    The carpet was new, and it was recently painted. The garage is included, and the on-site laundry facilities are free. Both of those were nice selling points. Every room is wired for phone and cable with ample electrical outlets.

     Management

    Shawna, the apartment manager, was very friendly and was able to answer all of my questions.
