Located just north of the point of the mountain, ICO Vista Station is ideally located between Salt Lake City (25 minutes away) and Provo (35 minutes away), with easy access to Bangerter Highway and I-15 making the commute easy no matter the direction you need to go. We have direct access to the Jordan River Trail from inside our community. In addition, residents of ICO Vista Station have great views of both the Wasatch Mountain Range and the Oquirrh Mountains and fairly quick access to both mountain ranges. For those who like to ski, some of Utah's top ski resorts aren't too far away either!
