Our apartments feature:

If you are interested we ask that you come to our office during office hours which are 9:30am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday so that we can show you one of our apartments & can help you complete the application which is free of charge. The only other document we need from you up front is a copy of a valid photo ID for each adult who will be living there 18 years of age or older.
We run a criminal background check, landlord verification (If possible), look for evictions & credit report (We do not generally deny applicants for credit score but we do review the report).
Pets are not allowed unless they are a documented service animal.
