Clear background check with no prior felonies in the last 10 years. Two landlords need to be provided to verify rental history, if applicable, and they cannot be relatives. Employment verification for the last year of employment. To support the application, you may provide proof of financials by emailing us 3 check stubs and/or 3 bank statements. Tenant(s) are responsible for gas, water and electric. We only hold properties for 10 days for approved applicant(s) with the lease signed and security deposit paid. No pets allowed
