Residences of North Park Row is conveniently located just next to ASCEND Climbing gym (gym membership not included). If you enjoy shopping and attending events, these apartments will be the perfect home for you, as you are just steps away from the Shops at 5th & State, where dozens of events take place throughout the year. Additionally, this area is at the heart of the action during Celebrate Erie! For those with cars, parking structures located in Downtown Erie ensure your vehicle remains protected and unaffected by the elements. Inquire about a parking pass at the nearest garage, available on a first-come, first-serve basis, for $85/month. You need not worry about bringing a modem or router, as we have you covered! Your apartment is wired with the fastest high-speed internet in town, provided locally by VNET, at an incredible rate of just $60/month. This rate is added to your rent. Electricity and water is billed based on usage. While water is added directly to your rent, electricity is the responsibility of the tenant. Trash is included in your rent, and the building does not have a gas utility. We are happy to accommodate your furry friends as these apartments are dog and cat friendly. Although we do not have breed and weight restrictions in place, additional fees are applicable. Please inquire about pet fees with management. Safety is of utmost importance to us. Each resident will be granted access to a security fob, providing 24/7 building access. For the convenience of receiving packages, we have a secured ParcelPending package delivery locker available in the lobby. While signing up is not required, it is highly recommended.
