     Management

    A Windermere agent actually met us at the property in person. The other three apartments we looked at that day were self-guided tours. The agent answered some of our questions and described the landlord as one who takes great care of his properties. We didn't have to apply to see the property, and only after we did did we learn that cosigners were not accepted.

    We loved the apartment and wanted to rent it. However, my son needs us to cosign, and the owner doesn't take cosigners.

     Management

    Responded to me fairly promptly and met me at the time we scheduled to meet, also advised me of an upcoming property and sent me the link when it became available. The other property didn't end up meeting my budget or needs at my current phase of life. She also said she would keep her eyes open for me for anything else that may come up.

    Good size bedroom and beautiful tree outside living room window. Kitchen colors kind of dark for my taste, didn't like severe angle separation of flooring between kitchen and living room and ddnt like bathroom light not being centered over bathroom mirror and sink. I also liked the available closest spaces.
