Property
The place was well kept. Light wood flooring in all of the apartments from what the assistant advised. They have breed restrictions but small-large dogs are allowed same with cats. Their systems were down both days we came so they could not advise as to the pricing. But if you go online to their website it shows the pricing. Whatever lease you choose may bump up the price a bit. They have 7-14 month leases available. They only had one room to show and that was the cypress. Its a nice little place and you can imagine most of the other layouts when looking at the cypress. They do not accept white collar felons within the past 5/6 years. Over all though from taking the tour i believe the prices for the place are a great deal. They are worth it from what i can tell.
Management
She was very professional and answered our questions quickly without trouble. Even when working around a broken system (their computer systems were down) she did her best and answered most questions i had other than the pricing askpect due to the systems. But even then the pricings are online at their website that you can go to yourself so that wasnt much of a big deal. The only bad part about her was driving the golf cart. She was a bit crazy in that aspect but over all she did great
