Management
The manager was very knowledgeable about the building and application process, neighborhood, pretty much everything. She was also very warm and friendly. Enjoyable tour. Went to one the day before. Beautiful surroundings, but I found the overall experience to be very cold and formal. This was a much different, and I believe the manager is the primary reason! She was wonderful.
