Single Room - $1500 Double Room - $1275 Triple Room - $899 Community Activities/Events: At Beach City, Campus 880, Casa Abrego, San Andres, Weldon, and 1056 Cliff properties, we strive to foster a sense of community and connection among our residents. To support this goal, we include a $150 annual activity fee per bed lease. This fee helps fund engaging community events, social gatherings, and activities designed to bring everyone together and enhance your living experience!
