This area contains several restaurants, night life, a park, and is within walking distance to downtown. Trash removal and water are included in the rent. The tenant would be responsible for electric, gas, cable, and Internet. Meter parking along the street. Pets are welcome with a $150 non refundable deposit and a $30/month fee. Dogs must be under 45lbs and approved prior to move in. $50 application fee and one months rent for the security deposit.
